Disciplinary Actions Reported to NDDB
The California Veterinary Medical Board and other states use the National Disciplinary Database (NDDB) to track out of state disciplinary actions. The following defines what type of actions California reports to the NDDB.
Any action involving revocation, suspension,
voluntary surrender, probation, negotiated settlement or other action
FOLLOWING a formal hearing or proceeding and
AFTER all appeals have been exhausted and it is deemed public
information for purposes of reporting to National Disciplinary Database.
